Interfaith Environmental Network Presents Symposium on Austin's Water Future
The Interfaith Environmental Network of Austin invites you to attend a symposium tonight, Tuesday Sept 6, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 pm. The meeting is located at Highland Park Baptist Church (5206 Balcones Drive, 78731). Tonight's topic, "Austin's Water Future."

Presenters Bill Bunch and George Cofer will address the question "What are the critical strategies Austinites need to implement today to provide ample water for Austin’s future?"
Bill Bunch, exec. director of Save Our Springs Alliance, will talk about the benefits of conservation and the SOS view on Water Treatment Plant 4. George Cofer, exec. director of Hill Country Conservancy, will talk about what’s needed to better balance water use in Central Texas and how our region has fared after previous catastrophic droughts.
Austin's Interfaith Environmental Network currently includes Jewish, Christian, Muslim, Quaker and Unitarian membership. The organization shares educational resources via its monthly info symposiums and website.
