Lyft Launches "Peer on Peer Ridesharing" aka Piggyback on Demand During SXSW (video)

While it remains unclear whether ridesharing service SideCar will manage to effectively operate during SXSW under threats of ticketing and even impounding vehicles, another similar service, Lyft, has a non-problematic solution: peer on peer ridesharing. And they will actually be offering Piggyback on Demand via their app to SXSW attendees.
