Cute? Smart? Affectionate? Highly trainable? Dimple is the whole package! He prances when he walks, gives you his full attention when you talk to him, and has a wonderful, enthusiastic smile that belies his eager-to-please and excited-to-explore nature.

You can find, meet and adopt Dimple by going to Town Lake Animal Center at 1156 W. Cesar Chavez and visiting kennel #39.

Dimple is attending group training classes with Dogs Out Loud where he is becoming quite the mannerly gentleman. He is also the perfect running buddy around the lake, where he can be seen celebrating Marathon Month with shelter volunteers. Dimple has become somewhat "Internet famous" recently, and was showcased in this hilarious, insightful post: "An Interview with Hard Luck Hound Dimple (the dog)".

Though he had a hard past, Dimple doesn't allow it to influence his contagious joy in experiencing the present. His motto is, “Enjoy this moment. This moment is your life.” If you adopt him, he can help you do just that.
