Austin City Limits Studio 6A Closing with Lyle Lovett

The Austin City Limits Studio at the UT Campus is about to close. Who is the perfect artist to do the last performance on the studio? It’s none other than Lyle Lovett.
According to an article by Austin360.com, Lovett started his journey in music as a fan. He started going to Austin City Limits tapings every time that he could. He watched his favorites, Willie Nelson, Townes Van Zandt and Johnny Cash together with other artists who performed in that special studio.
This will be the artist's 12th performance on ACL and he is one of the two artists with the most numbers of appearances in the show, the other one being Willie Nelson.
Lyle Lovett will perform on November 8th, and after that, ACL will be moving to their new studio, officially named Austin City Limits Live at Moody Theater, just next to the much-anticipatd W Hotel.
